Mother and daughter portrait sessions are always so much fun, and I think it is a special kind of bond to be able to share your passion for horses with your mom. I didn’t grow up in a horsey family and it makes it extra special to capture this shared family passion.
Laurie and her daughter Evelyn were a delight to spend the evening with, obviously both in love with their handsome geldings and getting to share their hobby from jumping to barrel racing. Their two geldings are Loki and Leon. Leon is a perfect barbie dream horse, with his perfect long white mane and golden palomino coat. Loki is a handsome draft cross, with a glowing chestnut coat and powerful build.
The glowing sunset at Paints Plus Equestrian was the perfect backdrop to capture these two beautiful partnerships and the adorable connection between mother and daughter.
