Horse and Rider Session

I am so excited to share the sneak peek of this session for Kazia and Pavi! I don’t always have the time to share the sneak peek blog before I send out the gallery but I love when I am able to, I only wish that I could see every client’s face when they open the blog or gallery for the first time. I hope that Kazia is smiling right now looking at these images!

This session was so much fun! I say that about every session but I really had such a great time getting to know Kazia and spending time with Pavi, despite the endless mosquitoes! It was a crazy hot evening, I had dressed in a long sleeve to avoid the mosquitoes but seriously regretted it later on, I think Kazia was much better off in her short sleeve outfits, as it seems Summer is officially here!

These two were such a live hearted and easy-going pair to work with, we were laughing the whole session, from Pavi thinking that I was the scariest thing she’d ever seen for the first 15 minutes of the session, to the barn cat that sat on my shoulder like a parrot. It was obvious that this partnership was built on trust but also a strong friendship and admiration, I’m pretty sure Kazia said “You’re so pretty!” to Pavi about 50x during the session, which isn’t that just the kind of love that every girl should have for their horse? I loved getting to know both of them and Kazia was certainly not wrong in saying before the session that Pavi constantly posed for the camera! She made my job so easy, so that I got to focus less on getting her ears forward and more on capturing the connection and love that these two shared, which was really an easy job!
